An Engineering and drafting staff with degrees in Mechanical (5), Civil (1) Electrical –Engineering (1) and design drafters (1) . Staff size can vary by the work content and load. Depending on the needs, outsourcing the experts from outside of the company is always possible in their fields like metallurgist, stress and fatique analyst, finite element analists etc.
QA Department:
Normally (1) Quality Assurance personnel during full production- includes corporate office, manufacturing plant and coating facility. Certified Welding Inspectors on staff.

PRODUCTION RATE AND CAPACITY
GENBA is desiged to manufacture in 3 shifts per day by the finish of phase two extension. Current capacity as 50 tons per shift. Placement of a firm order and a commitment to a delivery schedule by GENBA will guarantee availability of promised capacity at an agreed schedule rate. Supply of materials and purchased components are constantly monitored to ensure uninterrupted flow to production.
Periodical schedule performance reports are provided to the customer during the project.
